Pricing
As you have probably guessed each clients house and areas are different sizes and it would slightly unfair if we had a set price across the board. Smaller houses paying too much and larger houses too little. Please find below our pricing plan to help you get an idea of the formula behind our service.
Property Style
True Bungalow
From 50p per m2
A single story building with no other floors. These are the safest and usually the easiest of the buildings to clean due to access.

Dormer Bungalow
From 75p per m2
A dormer bungalow is very similar to a bungalow in aesthetics but will have stairs leading into the roof space, usually these have dormers to allow windows and airflow for the upstairs rooms.
2 Story House
From £1 per m2
Probably the most common of buildings in England, These have 2 floors and an attic.
3+ Story House
Price on survey
Not quite as common as 2 story houses but similar in design. We would usually require an additional survey for these homes due to health and safety
Commercial

Driveways
25p per m2
Resin, Tarmac, Block paving, you name it we have you covered. Our driveways support is only available in the higher packages however
Patios
25p per m2
Flags, Resin, Tiles, is never a problem for us. Our Patio support s only available in the higher packages however
Garden Walls
25p per m2
Render, Cladding, Timber, Doesnt matter to us. Our garden wall support is only available in the high packages however
